ED-digipack cover analysis

• The font used is in a subtle small font this is to help make sure that the  consumers attention is not divided from the characters in the middle this is because they are the main focus of the album cover even though we cannot actually see the real people we can see the animated figure which is assosicated with the Gorillaz as we do not see the artists. 
• Each individual artist has there own box this is because they are shown to be individial characters emphasied by the features on there animated selfs. However they all have the same Gorilla like features in common such as their nose and jaw line and this tells the consumer that they all are similar in some ways (in the same band) this is portraying a group of individuals.
• The box's help to show that the artists are differnt however they are all positioned at the same height indicating that they are all at a equal level even though they are all so different. They are all part of a bigger box which represents the band as they all do their own thing in the band but are part of the same group.
• The colours are purely black and white which is very differnet to the colours of the cartoon characters which helps to make them stand out from the backround and be much more influencial on the album cover
